AU23 One Autodesk Experience

Role: Lead Producer for the One Autodesk Experience at Autodesk University 2023 (AU23) Lead producer for One Autodesk Experience and other areas at Autodesk's flagship conference, AU23. The event was held at The Venetian in Las Vegas, NV in November 2023. Led a team of producers in both the expo and other areas. Owned the budget, timeline, and client communications. Worked with both Autodesk and their featured customers, including: Rivian; Marvel Studios; STUD-IO; Bridges to Prosperity; ShadowMachine; Factory_OS; and more. Collaborated with the venue and several vendors. Contributed to the logistical planning that was required due to The Venetian being inside the track for F1's Las Vegas Grand Prix event.
