IBM Experience Survey App

Role: Senior Producer Senior Producer working across GPJ, IBM, and Expectare teams in the creation and management of an iPad app to measure the effectiveness of IBM experiences. Responsible for: working with development partner Expectare; management of the CMS; identifying improvement and feature needs; creation of app and CMS documentation; providing instruction and training to teams utilizing the app at their events; running reports to evaluate data.
